Medication orders are required each school year.
Physicals are required for students entering grades 7, 9 and 11.
All students entering grade 6 are required to have a tdap immunization within 14 days of the start of the school year.
All students entering grade 7 and grade 12 are required to have a meningococcal immunization within 14 days of the start of the school year.
Annual physicals are required for all athletes.
If an athlete requires medication, the order must be received by the Nurse prior to clearing the athlete for that sport season.
