If you take a drive through campus, you'll notice new signage on the athletic fields and parking lots around campus. This signage was installed in the spring to better prepare for emergency situations and help direct visitors around campus.
Clear labeling of parking lots and fields allows emergency responders, such as police, fire departments, and medical professionals to quickly locate and access designated areas during emergencies. This enables them to respond swiftly and efficiently, potentially reducing response times and improving overall safety outcomes.
