When is the Budget Vote and Election? Tuesday, May 17th from 1-9pm in the Elementary School cafeteria.
How will I know if I am a registered voter?
- Unsure if you are already registered to vote, check here: Voter Lookup Page.
- You may also call (518) 966-5070 Ext. 501 or email (pearsond@greenvillecsd.org). Daphane Pearson, District Clerk who can check for you.
- Not registered? Voter Registration will be Wednesday, May 4th from 3:00 to 7:00pm in the District Office located at 4982 State Route 81 in Greenville.
- Qualifications to Register to Vote
- be a United States citizen;
- be 18 years old (you may pre-register at 16 or 17 but cannot vote until you are 18);
- resident of this state and the county, city or village for at least 30 days before the election;
- not be in prison for a felony conviction;
- not be adjudged mentally incompetent by a court;
- not claim the right to vote elsewhere.
- Bring one proof of residency that shows your name and address such as a driver's license, non-driver identification card, utility bill, voter registration card, "redacted" copy of the voter's income tax return [showing name and address].

Need an absentee ballot? Contact Daphane Pearson, District Clerk for an absentee ballot application: (518) 966-5070 Ext. 501, pearsond@greenvillecsd.org or stop by the District Office located at 4982 State Route 81 in Greenville. The office hours are from 8-4:30.
Application must be received by the district clerk at least seven days before the election if the ballot is to be mailed, or the day before the election if the ballot is to be issued to the voter in person. No Absentee Ballot will be counted unless it is received in the office of the district Clerk by 5:00pm on the day of the election.
