Principal's Letter
Welcome to Greenville High School, an International Baccalaureate World School. The unique learning community that we have at our school strives to prepare students for 21st century demands. We accomplish this challenge by offering rigorous programming and opportunities for enrichment. Our goal is to have our graduates leave our classroom walls; life, college and career ready.
We strive to provide our students with a learning environment that is conducive to increased achievement and one that allows for varied learning experiences. Our culture of excellence and high expectations will further prepare our students future successes. Throughout their high school journey there will be obstacles and hardships, however our qualified staff provides multiple opportunities for students to develop the coping mechanisms required to deal with frustrations.
We intend to celebrate the excellence in academics, sports and extra curricular activities as each student develops into productive and respectful citizens. It is the responsibility of all stakeholders; students, parents, teachers, support staff, community members and administration to collaborate and communicate in order to achieve the goals our students identify.
We as administrators are excited for the upcoming school year and look forward to meeting each and every one of you. Our doors are open and we are anxious to provide our students with guidance and advice. So students, get involved, work hard and get ready to experience the Spartan pride that exists at Greenville High School.
